I have created the KG-Chart User's Manual.

Writing a user's manual in English is a tough job for me as I'm not a native English speaker, and I bet there are many strange sentences in the manual. I'll correct those gradually, but I'll release it anyway so that at least you can see what/how you can do using KG-Chart.
