On next release, Windows 2000 will be no longer supported.
The reason is:

1. Microsoft is going to end all of their support on Windows 2000 in July 2010.

2. Microsoft no longer adds any new functionality to Windows 2000, that means it's hard to utilize new features those are available on newer windows for KG-Chart.
   

I guess nobody is using Windows 2000 any more, so I hope it should be OK...
