There is a blue frame and a red frame in the preview window... What are those?

It indicates margins.

The blue frame is a user specified margins.
You can specify them in "Printer Detail" tab in the preview window.
By using that, you can adjust the page layout.

The red frame is a "Unprintable Margins".
It indicates printable area.
In the "Printer Detail" tab, on the left side, you can tell what the unprintable margins are.

The blue frame should inside the red frame, as printer can't print outside the "Unprintable Margins".
