I need some information about the import windows

Hello!
I need information about the parameters of the window of import.
I would want to know to which every parameter corresponds.
Does a file of help exist?

Unfortunately, I haven't translated a user's manual to English yet.
I'm working on that and hopefully publish it on my site soon.
