Can't open download.

Hi. I wanted to try out this program and i'm having troubles downloading it. It downloads as a .download and I can not open it. Am I doing something wrong?

I just checked the site and it works fine for me.
Do you use a popup blocker or file download blocker or something similar turn on?
If so, please temporary allow that on this site when you download the file. (You can set it back once you download the file, of course)

It does download something.... when I try to open it says....

Windows cannot open this file:
kgchartLE10906 (1).download

I am having the same problem (file downloads, then can't open it).

I'm wondering if it has something to do with using Windows 7?

i use vista and had the same problem.

windows wouldnt open the file beacause it had the wrong file extension.

i renamed it to kgchartLE10906.exe and it worked fine.

brilliant program by the way, thank you so much!!!

HELP!!! I can't open the down load, I also change to
.exe and I can't get it to open.

What else can I do?

Hello All,
It seems to me that some browsers or their settings (or any other programs) seems to have been blocking downloading the files on my site. So, I have changed the way it works on this site - please try again now to see if this works for you.
