I created a design with your program, saved to my file folder, but when I wen to open it my computer replied
'windows can't open this file'
What's the problem? I've downloaded an English version, the most recent.

You need to use explicitly KG-Chart to open the file. (That is, run the KG-Chart, and then open a file.)
The .sth file is not associated with the program. You can do that by going "Tool"-"Option": click on "File Association". Then, you can double click the .sth files to open the KG-Chart.

I actually can't print mine...it's open with KG-chart, it's a 9-page pattern (just big on paper, the real thing should be smaller), and everything seems ready to go.

I do the print preview and everything looks nice, but when I press the "Print" button, nothing happens. I'm on a home network that's all wireless, but everything else is working fine. Am I forgetting a step?
